Worked as the supervisor full time directing all activities of the investigating police officers assigned to Gurnee Mills, as well as working with Gurnee Mills security. Investigations resulted in the termination of numerous employees, with criminal charges and arrests being filed and pressed in many cases. All criminal charges as a result of these investigations resulted in convictions.
